Job Requirements :

Objectives of the Assignment

The IT / Graphics and English Expert will:

  • Support business development activities through professional proposal writing, designing, and formatting.
  • Develop visually compelling reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Maintain high standards of written English in all organizational communications.

3. Key Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for:

  1. Business Development & Proposal Writing
    • Draft, edit, and format proposals for donors, UN agencies, NGOs, and private sector clients.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to compile information and produce persuasive, well-structured documents.
  2. Graphic Design & IT Support
    • Design visually appealing layouts for proposals, reports, and presentations.
    • Create infographics, charts, and other visual materials to enhance content.
    • Ensure consistent branding and formatting across all materials.
    • Provide IT-related support for document management and digital communications.
  3. Report Writing & Editing
    • Draft and proofread reports, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and grammatical correctness.
    • Format and design reports in MS Word, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.
  4. General Support
    • Assist in developing organizational templates, forms, and branded materials.
    • Support the communications team in preparing promotional and marketing content.

4. Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, English Literature, Communications, or related field.
  • Education in English and IT is highly preferred.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design tools.
  • Ability to translate technical content into visually appealing and easy-to-understand documents.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • At least 2 years experience in relevant field.

  • Exceptional English writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Advanced skills in graphic design and layout.
  • Proficiency in creating professional proposals and reports.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
